OSS's touchscreens won't login to IQVision

A problem has arisen with our touchscreens login onto IQVIsion
It seems that the Lucid and Zebra HX Themes do not work or may not even exist in IQVision as they have their own HX Theme and it seems the Mobile Web Profile in the Users only have Lucid and Zebra and not Trend’s own one. This leads to anyone trying to log onto the system will get a failure.
The quick fix for this is to disable the Mobile Client Environment within the Client Environment which resides in WebServices.
